Preparation of Thin Films

Aerosol and ultrasonic deposition
equipment (laboratory made)
Surface coating systems for thin and well
controlled coatings. Both systems are totally
computer controlled.
Aerosol system
• The coating solution is sprayed on spinning
substrate
• Sequential rinsing is applied if needed
Ultrasound system
• Ultrasonic nebulizer is utilized to generate very
fine mist from coating solution
• Carrier gas (heated) is used to guide the mist on
the spinning sustrate

Vapor phase polymerization & Spin coating
Vapor phase polymerization (VPP) set with
temperature sensors and vacuum substrate holder
accessories for 0.5 x 0.5 cm to 20 x 20 cm
substrates (Flexible substrates can be used)
